Description:

The calculation is designed for a geometrical design and strength check of belt transmissions using V-belts. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language, supports Imperial and Metric units and solves the following main tasks: - Calculation for 2 or 3 pulleys. - Automatic design of a transmission with the minimum of input requirements. - Design and calculation of geometrical parameters (diameters of pulleys, axis distances, length of the belt, weight of the transmission) - Calculation of strength parameters (power transferred by the belt, number of belts, efficiency, etc.) - Calculation of force conditions (prestressing, axis loading of the pulleys, etc.) - Support of 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). The application works with CAD systems and includes respective models of pulleys and belts. The calculations use procedures, algorithms and data from basic documents and standards ANSI, RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association), ISO, DIN, BS, and basic documents from catalogues of companies CONTITECH (r) and Gates Rubber Company (r). Výpočet je určen pro geometrický a pevnostní návrh řemenových převodů klínovými řemeny. Program řeší následující úlohy: - Výpočet pro 2 nebo 3 řemenice. - Automatický návrh převodu s minimem vstupních požadavků. - Návrh a výpočet geometrických parametrů (průměry řemenic, osové vzdálenosti, délka řemene, hmotnost převodu) - Výpočet pevnostních parametrů (výkon přenášený řemenem, počet řemenů, účinnost....) - Výpočet silových poměrů (předpětí, osové zatížení řemenic, ...) - Podpora 2D a 3D CAD systémů (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Program spolupracuje s CAD systémy a obsahuje příslušné modely řemenic a řemenů. Výpočty používají postupy, algoritmy a údaje z podkladů a norem ANSI, RMA (RubberManufacturers Association), ISO, DIN, BS a podkladů z katalogů firem CONTITECH ® a Gates Rubber Company ®. Bandgetriebe - Keilriemen. Die Berechnung ist für den geometrischen und Festigkeitsentwurf der Bandgetriebe mit Keilriemen bestimmt. Das Programm löst folgende Aufgaben. Die Berechnung für 2 oder 3 Riemenscheiben Automatischer Entwurf des Getriebes mit einem Minimum von Eingangsanforderungen Entwurf und Berechnung der geometrischen Parameter (Durchmesser der Riemenscheiben, Achsenabstände, Riemenlänge, Getriebegewicht) Berechnung der Festigkeitsparameter (mit dem Riemen übertragene Leistung, Riemenanzahl, Wirkungsgrad...) Berechnung des Kraftbestandes (Vorspannung, Achsenbelastung der Riemenscheiben, ...) Unterstützung von 2D und 3D CAD-Systemen (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Das Programm arbeitet mit CAD-Systemen zusammen und enthält entsprechende Riemenscheiben- und Riemenmodelle.
