Výpočet je určen pro geometrický a pevnostní návrh a kontrolu kuželového ozubení s přímými, šikmými a zakřivenými zuby. Program řeší následující úlohy. - Výpočet šikmého a přímého ozubení. - Automatický návrh převodu s minimem vstupních požadavků. - Návrh pro zadané koeficienty bezpečnosti (statický, dynamický). - Výpočet kompletních geometrických parametrů (včetně korigovaného ozubení). - Výpočet pevnostních parametrů, kontrola bezpečnosti. - Doplňkové výpočty (oteplení, návrh hřídelí) - Podpora 2D a 3D CAD systémů (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Die Berechnung ist für geometrischen und Festigkeitsentwurf und Kontrolle der Kegelradverzahnung mit geraden, schrägen und gekrümmten Zähnen bestimmt. Das Programm löst folgende Aufgaben: - Berechnung der schräg- und geradflankigen Verzahnung . - Automatischer Entwurf des Getriebes mit einem Minimum an Eingangsanforderungen. - (Statischer, dynamischer) Entwurf für eingegebene Sicherheitskoeffizienten. - Berechnung der kompletten geometrischen Parameter (einschließlich korrigierter Verzahnungen). - Berechnung der Festigkeitsparameter, Sicherheitskontrolle. - Ergänzungsberechnungen (Parameterberechnung eines existierenden Rades, Erwärmung, Wellenentwurf) - Unterstützung von 2D und 3D CAD-Systemen (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Ce calcul est destiné a la conception et au contrôle de la géométrie et de la résistance d'une denture conique avec des dents droites, obliques et incurvées.
