Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language, supports Imperial and Metric units and solves the following main tasks: - Selection of the type of belt with a suitable output power. - Selection of an optimum transmission alternative in view of power, geometry and weight. - Option of designing a non-standard transmission. - Calculation of all necessary strength and geometrical parameters. - Calculation of power parameters and axis loads. - Support of 2D and 3D CAD ((AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). The application works with CAD systems and includes the respective models of pulleys and belts. The calculations use procedures, algorithms and data from ANSI, RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association), ISO, DIN, BS and basic documents from catalogues of companies ContiTech(r) and Gates Rubber Company(r). The database of belts includes the 20 most frequently used types of toothed belts. Výpočet je určen pro geometrický návrh a pevnostní kontrolu řemenových převodů ozubenými řemeny. Program řeší následující úlohy. - Výběr výkonově vhodného typu řemene. - Výběr optimální varianty převodu z hlediska výkonového, geometrického a hmotnostního. - Možnost návrhu nestandardního převodu. - Výpočet všech potřebných pevnostních a geometrických parametrů. - Výpočet silových parametrů a osového zatížení. - Podpora 2D a 3D CAD systémů (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Program spolupracuje s CAD systémy a obsahuje příslušné modely řemenic a řemenů. Výpočty používají postupy, algoritmy a údaje z ANSI, RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association), ISO, DIN, BS a podkladů z katalogů firem ContiTech® a Gates Rubber Company®. Bandgetriebe - Zahnriemen. Die Berechnung ist für den geometrischen Entwurf und die Festigkeitskontrolle der Bandgetriebe mit Zahnriemen bestimmt. Das Programm löst folgende Aufgaben. Auswahl eines leistungsgeeigneten Riementyps. Die Auswahl einer Optimalübertragungsvariante in Hinsicht auf Leistung, Geometrie und Gewicht. Möglichkeit des Entwurfs eines nichtgenormten Getriebes. Die Berechnung aller benötigten Festigkeits- und geometrischen Parameter. Berechnung der Kraftparameter und Belastung der Achsen. Unterstützung von 2D und 3D CAD- Systemen (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Das Programm arbeitet zusammen mit CAD-Systemen und enthält entsprechende Riemenscheiben- und Riemenmodelle. Die Berechnungen verwenden Verfahren, Algorithmen und Angaben aus ANSI, RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association), ISO, DIN, BS und Unterlagen aus Katalogen der Firmen ContiTech(r) und Gates Rubber Company(r). Ce calcul est destiné au contrôle de la résistance et au dimensionnement des transmissions par courroies dentées. Le programme résout les tâches suivantes. - Choix du type de courroie avec une puissance adéquate. - Choix de l'alternative de transmission optimale du point de vue de la puissance, de la géométrie et du poids. Possibilité de concevoir une transmission non standard. - Calcul de tous les paramètres géométriques et de la résistance nécessaires. - Calcul des paramètres de puissance et des charges axiales. - Support des systèmes de DAO 2D et 3D. Le programme est compatible aux systèmes de DAO et contient les modèles appropriés des poulies et des courroies (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, ProgeCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Creo). Les calculs de ce programme utilisent les procédures, les algorithmes et les données des normes ANSI, RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association), OIN, DIN, BS et les données des catalogues des firmes ContiTech® et Gates Rubber Company®. Les bases des données des courroies contiennent 20 types des courroies dentées les plus utilisées.
