Here is the official description for Directory Toolkit (32-bit): A multipurpose directory and file comparison utility for 32 bit windows with support for zip, multi-span zip, encrypted zip, tar, gz, lz, and cab archives. Create archives from Explorer and compare files in archives without extracting files first. Create self-extracting zips. Built-in synchronize functions with optional summary report of the file operations involved. Confirmations can be enabled/disabled. The program can also display actual differences between files. Directory and path comparisons can be listed to a configurable output file. The program can use a saved report in a comparison against a live path. Complex filters are available to include/exclude files by location, size, date, and file type. Other features include safe physical sort; View file version info for exe, dll, and ocx files; Checksum, CRC32, & binary comparison; Encode and decode email attachments; Split - concatenate (split is configurable); Touch files (incl add/subtract from current file time); Scripts and command line switches for automated operations.
